TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN,
Washington Court Apartments, Property Manager Joseph Turner, their attorney, David Warner Jr., Bob Hoffman and Kim Rittle of Lebanon Country Housing Authority, in Pennsylvania, are killing me.
According to my doctor I have congestive heart failure, and the stress the people above are putting me under is killing me. I'm taking vitamins, supplements and medication, but nothing seems to be helping.
I have reached out to people for help, through the internet, and locally, and have received no help in this issue.
I don't know how much time I have left, so I want to take this time to say goodbye.
