While the entire video is fascinating, I want to focus on the beginning of the video where the police are using the speakers to tell people they are in a mandatory evacuation zone. It starts just before the 2:00 mark. Of course, what announcer said before is accurate.
Government has no Constitutional authority to mandate you to leave your home no matter what the reason. As the announcer said, warnings are fine. But mandatory evacuation is unconstitutional.
The 5th Amendment to the Constitution grants property rights. You may not be deprived of your property without due process of law. That means in Court in front of a jury of your peers. Mandatory evacuation is a deprivation of your property and no Government has the right to do that without due process of law.
Folks, your Constitutional rights are being stripped from you by your Government. So many people who have done nothing wrong are being treat like criminals. It has to stop. We must elect Constitutional candidates to office. Stop sending the criminals back.
