CULTURE OF DEATH

It seems the answer to all our problems in dealing with people is increasingly "death." According to an article by Simon Rafe, it was Pope John Paul II that coined the term, "culture of death... www.churchmilitant.com/news/article/three-signs-we-are-living-in-a-culture-of-death
The answer to an unwanted pregnancy is "kill that thing inside." More often the answer for police is "shoot to kill," and we'll figure it out later. No case expresses that more than the murder of Justine Damond. www.washingtonpost.com/national/timeline-of-justine-damond-shooting/2017/07/24/2aa8d3c8-708c-11e7-8c17-533c52b2f014_story.html?utm_term=.9db50c6b8b16
In an article by Wesley J. Smith called, "The Culture of Death Tipping Points," it is written,
“Culture of death” is most often applied in the context of euthanasia, assisted suicide, and abortion. A few decades ago, most such acts were outlawed and widely scorned. Not anymore. The sad fact is that now most people tolerate—and some even celebrate—the culture of death as necessarily linked to secular individualistic modernism.
How did our culture become so indifferent to the sanctity and equality of human life? Roe v. Wade had a lot to do with it, of course. But subsequent to that, three major cultural tipping points fueled popular acceptance of death-culture paradigms.

That article goes on to say,
The death of Terri Schiavo was a true culture-changing moment. Before the very public court battle between Michael Schiavo and Terri’s family, many people were unaware that cognitively disabled patients can legally be dehydrated to death via the removal of feeding tubes. But after Terri’s family (in alliance with the disability rights and pro-life movements) spent years striving in vain to save her from dehydration, this form of quasi-euthanasia became both widely known and actively supported by polling majorities.
Modern medicine is part of the culture of death according to an article, "From abortions to vaccines to chemotherapy: How modern medicine is steeped in a culture of death and denial," www.naturalnews.com/050998modern_medicine_death_culture_drugs.html
That article states,
The standard medical approach in the West is to bombard the body with drugs and poison whenever there's an ailment, rather than try to prevent illness by fortifying the body through nutrition and healthy living. This reactionary approach, or what many recognize as the allopathic model of healthcare, has led to the advent of all sorts of deadly interventions such as abortion, vaccination and chemotherapy, all of which involve death and destruction rather than life and healing.
It goes on to say,
How did things become this way? The "do no harm" oath of the medical profession seems to have evolved into "always do harm," as quack doctors routinely pump their patients up with pharmaceuticals, heavy metals, radiation, antibiotics and other poisons that inhibit the human body from healing itself naturally. Modern medicine has degenerated into a culture of death cloaked in denial, and millions of people are needlessly suffering as a result.
Today, the medical profession is destroying the lives of children, and sometimes killing them, with their vaccines. www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK236284/
Whether it's murderers with a badge or a stethoscope, we are deep into a culture of death, protected by our own Government with Offices like the Food and Drug Administration, the Center for Disease Control, and police training. Medical and law enforcement professionals are being trained to deal with life with death.
