A HORSE IS A HORSE OF COURSE OF COURSE

Dear MeTV,
Do you know what that is? That is opening and closing theme song of Mr. Ed and a bit of a program from TeeVees Greatest on Youtube. May I ask why you cut it off? MeTV stands for Memorable Entertainment Television. Well, part of what makes Mr. Ed so memorable is the theme song. Obviously you don't care. Your greed is more important. Or are you going to try to tell me you don't cut the theme because you need more time for the almighty advertising dollar?
I am going to share this with other old TV networks. You aren't the only one that is greedy to the point that TV show are cut up to make room for more advertizing. Money is more important than the needs of the viewers.
The reasons I watch the networks that show older TV shows is that there aren't new shows on CBS, NBC, ABC, FOX or CW. And I like to watch TV the way it was when I was growing up. But that doesn't matter.
Mr. Ed without the theme song is like Steve McGarret in the original Hawaii Five-O never saying, "Book 'em Dano." Or Doctor McCoy on Star Trek never saying, "He's dead Jim." Or Mr. Spock never saying, "Live long and prosper." But you would probably cut all that out if it means getting more money.
If money is that important, I guess you don't need viewers.
While I'm at it, I have to ask why you put the best shows on late at night, or in the wee hours of the morning?
You know, for the most part, I have many of my favorite shows on DVD. But, there is just something about watching it on TV. Perhaps it's just a sense of nostalgia.
I really don't know why I watch TV at all. You guys butcher the old shows, and the new shows are not near as great.
Oh, MeTV, during what's left of the theme song after you butcher it, Mr. Ed's movements in the background is at warp speed. He's not a starship.
Oh well, I guess it just doesn't matter, and maybe I'm just too old. And it seems TV programmers don't care about us older folks. Money is more important.
You know, it sure would be nice to watch TV the way it was for as long as I have left on this earth.
