SAME SEX CONTENT ON SUPERGIRL

Folks, it is very hard for me to be writing this. This was my favorite show last year. It had a positive message, and I have praised the show to high heaven, literally, which you can see here: kingdomofchrist.freeforums.net/thread/28/christians-love-supergirl
I have already stopped watching two CW shows because of same sex content. They are Arrow and DCs Legends of Tomorrow. But, I probably would have stopped watching Legends anyway. Quite frankly, it is the among the worst shows I have ever seen in my life.
In the first year, of The Flash, there was some same sex content. I complained about it on Twitter to people connected to the show. I have not seen any since. I don't know if my complaining had anything to do with it. I feel this way, if the TV industry wants to cater to the same sex viewers, they don't need me. If it continues, I will perceive that as a message that they don't want me as a viewer. If that's the case, I will oblige.
Decent TV programming is getting harder and harder to find, except on networks that show the old shows like MeTV, COZI TV, H&I, etc.
For those that say shows like Supergirl and The Flash are too violent. Folks, life is too violent. That is not a statement of approval, but a statement of fact. And life is getting more violent everyday it seems. And, of course, it is logical that a super hero might have super foes to battle. Besides, entertainment has been violent. When I was young, there were shows like Combat and 12 O'clock High. Then there were the Westerns. Then there were movies set in the days when it seemed you needed to conquer or be conquered. Back then the weapons were spears, bows and arrows, swords, etc. Let's face it, how can you do and accurate portrayal of Nero without violence. I grew with violent TV, and it didn't turn me into a monster.
But, there was no same sex content. There would probably have been an uproar. The fact there isn't today shows how much our morality has decayed. 50 years ago we would never seen a man introduce another man as his husband, as we have seen in Arrow in the season before last. We would have never seen a passionate kiss between two woman as we seen in DCs Legends of Tomorrow. And in the first season of The Flash, when the police captain was in the hospital, a man came into see him and indicated he was the captain's lover. I complained about and haven't seen it again. Now on Supergirl in the October 24 episode, a woman cop said that the woman waiting on their table at the off-worlder bar they were in was her ex. And she seemed proud that she wasn't straight.
To those that are connected to the show. No more of that. Please don't make me say goodbye to Supergirl.
