Green tea as any other tea or coffee may help to counteract sleepiness and tiredness though their stimulating effect on the nervous system. This stimulating effect also facilitates attention and awareness during learning and intake of this type of stimulating agents is therefore one of the most efficient ways to facilitate learning and memory.
