FOOLS AND THEIR FOLLY

I recently promised myself that I will not reply to stupid people. That didn't last long. Replying to stupid people is a total waste of time. They will never get it. They will never understand. So, why bother?

In other words, the more you argue with stupid people, the more stupid you appear.
The more you try to teach stupid people, the more draining it is. No wonder I feel so tired all the time. Well no more. I put all the stupid people at Facebook, Twitter etc. on notice. I'm done with you.
This is not about people who simply disagree with me. It's about people who disagree based on stupidity.
Of course, there is one stupid person I have to deal with simply because he is in the White House. Donald Trump is probably the most stupid President we've ever had. Of course, I knew he would be. He was rather stupid on the campaign trail. He especially doesn't understand the Constitution. He took an oath to protect, preserve and defend the Constitution to the best of his ability. Problem is, he's not very able. What does that say about the people that voted for him? They are stupid. So, I will not waste my time with Trump supporters, unless they show they are willing to learn.

When I posted the series the amnesty bill which thankfully failed in Congress was in full swing and I felt it necessary to include in the series what the Framers and our Constitution established on the hot bed issue of illegal immigration. Following is that post and in light of the legal and needed bill which is now law for the State of Arizona, knowing what our Constitution establishes concerning immigration is even more prudent now than it was in 2007.
“We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.”
Amendment 14, Section 1 – “All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.”
Whenever a question arises concerning an important issue such as immigration, the best and most reliable source for finding what this Nation should do in solving any problem that we face is to look to the Constitution.
While there are only two specific references in the Constitution to immigration , stated in this most important of documents as , “naturalization, ” there is clear evidence by the Framers as to what they intended concerning the rights of the people who live in this country and how those rights affect immigrants both legal and illegal.

First, the preamble is not part of the Constitution. It is like a preface to a book. It literally means, "to walk before." Second, naturalization and immigration are not the same thing. Naturalization is how you become a citizen once you are here. It says nothing about how you got here.
The two references in the Constitution that specifically mention , “naturalization, ” are found in Article I, Section 8 in creating the authority of the Congress, “To establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization.” Thus from a Constitutional stand point it is the responsibility of Congress to establish all laws and rules of naturalization or immigration.
See that, he is mixing naturalization and immigration.
The second reference is located in the 14th Amendment shown above stating that , “All persons born or naturalized in the United States,” are, “citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.”
Again, Ken Taylor, the writer is assuming that naturalization and immigration are the same thing. The fact is there are no references in the Constitution regarding immigration.
I am not saying every individual statement the writer makes is wrong, but if based on the premise that immigration and naturalization are the same the same thing, the rest of the article is tainted.
Donald Trump doesn't understand this. How is he going to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution if he doesn't understand it?
I have come to the conclusion that because Donald Trump is so stupid, he must be taking orders from someone, and it's not the American people.
