After being blocked by Facebook, I started this as an alternative to Facebook, hoping to find away for my Facebook friends to join me here. I miss them so much. |

The past is called the past because its over... God says, it came to pass... therefore, it did not come to stay, facebook is over, its in the past and you've started a new adventure for yourself with this new site. Forget the past and look toward the future and live for now in the present promoting your new site and praying God will bless it to be successful for you.

Getting trapped by the past can determine a negative future. I myself am a victim of my own thinking, unable to free myself from it. It really can screw up a future. I have Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Although the night terrors and other related issues have long since passed, I have not forgotten--I can't forget, my entire perception of the world was changed forever. I do not view society, government, or anything as most people do now. My mind has made me an outcast, but extreme trauma does change people. We can only be the sum of our life's experiences and accumulated knowledge. Without suffering one cannot gain a more accurate perspective of our world and species.

And you are right, we are the sum of our life experiences and accumulated knowledge. Everyday we live is a building block of our lives. That's why I say the future is based on the past. |
